I'll Miss the Little Things

I am leaving Canada "for good" in 3 days, 2 nights. The realization of this fact, and the consequences, only hits me every so often. Last night, I went out alone after work, had my final dinner on my favourite street, Baldwin, and thereafter popped by the place we all do our laundry. Just trying to explain to the sweet Korean man that I was moving away in 3 days and not coming back I nearly started crying. Awkward.

Esther and her husband are definitely a unlikely thing to miss about Canada, and more specifically, Canada, but its hard to describe how pleasant and uplifting this family is. They always greet all of us by name and obscenely and energetic smiles.
